Coffee Walks & Cars Around Amsterdam

My favorite part of the city life would be the freedom to walk in any direction you please. The unknown of what you may encounter keeps your curiosity open to what you could potentially capture that day. no planning or direction, just a crucial stop for a good coffee. In the city of Amsterdam my go to stop has to be The Coffee District in the corner of Willemsparkweg.

This passion began with my first camera back in 2018 when I purchased a Sony A7 that wouldn’t leave my right hand for the next years to come. Without having much of an idea about how the camera worked, I would go on walks and capture as many photos as I could of anything that would catch my attention along the way. Usually the best photos would involve - in one way or another - a car, which has developed into of my favorite things to photograph.

Car photography will always remain one of my main passions and it will keep coming back in these blogs. Soon, I’ll share more about how I capture these shots, my go-to lens, and share previous jobs that involved shooting some pretty cool cars!
